Princeton Engagement

I met Kaitlyn over a decade ago, she was still in high school, and she would work at Pryde Brown Photographs with me in the afternoons as an intern. Fast forward and this girl is getting married! I cannot believe how everyone else around me grows up and I somehow stay the same ;P

When Kaitlyn called me last Fall to tell me about her wedding plans, I was so sad that I was already booked on her wedding day! That didn’t stop us from working together, though. She moved her wedding date! I cannot wait to celebrate with these two for their barn wedding in Massachusetts in the October!

Proposal Story

Last summer, Kaitlyn and Rich went for a weekend getaway in Maine (where Rich is from originally!)

Rich surprised Kaitlyn by booking a room in a luxury hotel with an ocean view. That Saturday morning they went on a trail ride, which was suspect because while Kaitlyn rides regularly, Rich isn’t the biggest fan of anything related to horses!

After lunch and an afternoon browsing used bookstores, they had dinner at the hotel because of the pouring rain. Rich, being super suave, found this the perfect opportunity to ask Kaitlyn the most important question of their lives. They ordered dessert to their hotel room and he proposed privately over wine, cheesecake, and chocolate cake.

And the rest is history…and the future!
