Yours, Mine & Ours

Jenn and Drew were my first 2020 couple finally getting married in 2021! After making the tough decision to postpone their 2020 wedding, because of complications with traveling family, they finally tied the knot! Their small wedding at Ninety Acres was absolutely beautiful. Did it rain on and off? Yes? Does Ninety Acres look the most romantic in the rain? Also yes. I absolutely love Ninety Acres’ lush gardens in the soft mist and rain. I think it really shows off!

Jenn and Drew first met online…and it was all because Jenn’s son, Owen swiped right without her. Apparently Drew wasn’t quite at the top of the list, but her son knew better! Drew absolutely adores Jenn. For portraits, getting him to look at the camera was the “challenge” because he couldn’t take his eyes off of his beautiful bride. Drew really wanted to see Jenn coming down the aisle. He mentioned it was the moment of the wedding he looked forward to the most. He even chose the song that Jenn would walk down the aisle to.

Instead of writing a note to Jenn before the wedding, Drew decided to write a speech for her at dinner. He reminisced about their first date…at a grocery store, and how much he learned about Jenn from this very practical first meeting! It’s clear he knew from the beginning that Jenn was the woman for him. I think their kids agree as well. Together Jenn and Drew have five wonderful children and they get along so well! They were inseparable all day long. In the middle of Jenn and Drew’s first dance, all the kids (Jenn’s niece and nephew included) created a circle around them and danced alongside them. It was the sweetest moment!
