Hey there and welcome to my blog! Here I share my latest work, wedding tips, and some amazing love stories. Scroll down to see what I’ve been up to and get to know me better!
It has been such a joy to be part of Victoria and Matt’s wedding journey from the beginning! Okay, almost the beginning. I was there for Matt’s proposal. You know that the bride has no idea she’s about to walk into her own proposal when she shows up with her mask on her wrist, air pods in her ears and her peloton hat on. It was the perfect moment on a windy beach, and so fun to witness and capture! Fortunately for Victoria, we were a quick walk away from home where she could quickly get dressed into something cute to continue capturing this momentous occasion for them both. A few months later, as Matt promised, we got to take real engagement pictures that Victoria got to plan this time!
When choosing their wedding venue and date, these two kept me in the loop to make sure I was available to capture their big day at the Park Chateau. I wouldn’t miss it for the world!
Somehow every wedding on my calendar seems so far away, and then all of a sudden it’s go time and I have no idea where time has gone. I’ve been looking forward to this wedding day for a long time! I mean, there was a mask on Victoria’s wrist at her proposal! Those days, gratefully, seem so far behind us. The anticipation did not disappoint. Everything about Victoria and Matt’s wedding day was so full of joy and emotion. I’m talking about Matt here. He is such a mush and I love how much he loves Victoria. These two spent every moment of the day holding each other, stealing glances throughout their ceremony, and dancing together at reception. There was not a single moment wasted.
Victoria chose an elegant navy, white and silver color palette for her wedding decor, inspired by the ocean to remind them of their beach engagement. As guests entered reception, they were greeted my an impressive vaulted ceiling reception hall decorated in white florals. Each table set for a classy, yet “get ready to party” presentation of florals, candles, silver, disposable cameras for the dance floor and customized wine corks to take home. When we left for the evening, the party was in full swing and I imagine it stayed that way until the very last song!
Congratulations, Victoria and Matt! It was such an honor to capture all of your favorite wedding moments and we are so happy for you!
